Snatched from their families and sent far away, To gratify lusts of the rich and depraved. Impoverished families peddle their children, Who are promised an affluent future. But what happens to each precious treasure, Is hell upon earth beyond measure. It’s worse than abortion for they go on enduring, Longing for parents to comfort their fears, Their abusers unfeeling, their pain unrelenting. Hardened by cruelty, futile their tears. Starved and tortured, their innocence stolen, Savagely assaulted, their spirit broken. Forced to serve men, daily more than a dozen, Discarded as refuse, their lives left in ruin. The tragedy too is just who is involved, It explains why such cases are rarely solved. Judges, Policemen, politicians as well. All contribute to this network from hell. Be vigilant oh parent, be on your guard. No child is safe, even in their back yard. But knowledge is power in the hands of the wise, Our children must learn that snares are disguised. Don’t blame God for man’s deprave action. He made all things good at the start of creation. He gave us laws for our own protection, But our hearts are deceitful, with wicked affection. We despise God’s law, it “stifles expression”, Unless someone’s crime threatens our freedom. We would rather be free from law’s bounding fence, And then blame God with the sad consequence. It’s time to make a bold stand in the church, To speak against the pornographical scourge. But it plagues many pastors just the same, So the church remains silent to its own shame. Empty the closet of skeleton bones. Take stock of the media which fills our homes. Remove the fuel and extinguish the flame. Till this sin is forsaken, we’re part of the blame. As Christians we must do all that we can, To stop this self-centred satisfaction of man. It starts with us teaching the next generation, To value and protect all women and children.
